✨ New: Artiligence can learn a Skill by watching you do it once — record any repetitive browser task and it'll offer to handle it next time, always pausing for your OK before it sends anything or pays anything.
New message ↓
Supports .txt, .md, .csv, .pdf, .xlsx, .xls, .docx, .jpg, and .png files, up to 5MB each (max 4 at a time). Scanned/photographed documents (.jpg/.png) are read via OCR — works best on clear printed text; double-check numbers that matter. Tip: you can also copy a file and paste it (Ctrl+V) directly into the message box. Attach 2+ files to compare or audit them against each other — e.g. two invoices, or a quote and an invoice.
Today
Escalations, Follow-ups, Commitments, and Action Items — merged into one list, most urgent first, with a plain-English next step for each, so you don't have to open four tabs to know what to do. Quick actions here use the exact same buttons their own tab already has.
Top 3 to Act On This Week
Uses AI to pick the 3 highest-leverage things across every channel — generated only when you click this, not automatically, since it's a small AI cost each time.
Everything Waiting On You
CRM Pipeline
Every contact Artiligence sends a real reply to (Email/Text/WhatsApp) automatically gets a local deal card here, so you can see who's active at a glance — and who's gone quiet. This works with no CRM connected; if you've connected HubSpot or Pipedrive in Settings and turned on "also create new CRM records" there, Artiligence also creates a matching contact/deal in your real CRM.
Outreach Composer
Draft a cold email or a multi-step follow-up sequence in your own configured reply voice (Settings > Reply Style). Nothing is ever sent automatically — every draft waits here for you to review, edit, and approve.
New Outreach

Lead Generation
Describe your ideal customer and Artiligence finds look-alike prospects. Uses your own Apollo API key (Settings > General > Apollo API Key) for structured company/contact search when configured, or free web research otherwise — no fabricated companies either way: only real search results are ever saved here.

Content Strategy
Analyzes your own paid invoices to see what's actually selling, then recommends what to push, what to hold, and drafts post copy for you to publish yourself — Artiligence never posts to social media on your behalf.

Reports
Ad Management
Upload a performance report exported from your ad platform's own dashboard (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to get a plain-English read on what's working, what's burning money, and recommended budget/targeting changes with estimated dollar impact — plus drafted ad copy to test. Nothing is changed in your ad account; recommendations only.

Review & Reputation Monitoring
Upload a reviews export from Google Business Profile, Yelp, or Facebook to get an overall sentiment read, recurring negative themes, and drafted responses to reviews worth replying to.

Hiring
Draft a job posting to paste onto Indeed/LinkedIn/etc., screen an uploaded resume against one of your postings, and schedule interviews using Artiligence's own Appointments calendar. No job-board or ATS connector — this drafts and scores, you post and send yourself.

Automatically drafted the moment a candidate above is marked "Hired." You can also draft one ad hoc for a role below — for a hire made outside this app's candidate tracker, for example.
Onboarding Checklists
Contract Review
Upload an NDA, MSA, or other contract for a first-pass, plain-English red-flag read — auto-renewal terms, indemnification, liability limits, non-competes, and more. This is an AI-generated first pass, not legal advice — always have a real attorney review anything that matters to your business.
Past Reviews
Tax Season Organizer
Upload receipts and expense documents to have them categorized automatically, and see a pulled-together income summary from your own invoice records — an organized packet to hand your accountant. This is not tax advice, not a calculation of what you owe, and not a filing — always have a licensed tax professional review everything before you file.

Finance / Ops
AP/bill processing, cash flow forecasting, payroll prep, month-end close, and inventory/reorder planning — all CSV/statement-upload-first (see each section for why). These are staging, review, and forecasting tools, never a live push into any accounting/payroll system, and never financial or tax advice.
AP / Bill Processing
Upload a vendor bill (PDF, image, or doc) to extract the vendor, amount, due date, and category, and stage it for review. Nothing is ever posted to a ledger.
Cash Flow Forecast (30/60/90-day)
Built entirely from your own invoice due dates (AR) and bill due dates (AP) already on file — never a live bank feed.
Payroll Prep
Upload a timesheet CSV (employee, date, hours — or clock-in/clock-out) to total hours and flag overtime/missing punches. Prep only — nothing is submitted to any payroll system.
Month-End Close
Upload a bank/payment-processor statement CSV to reconcile it against your invoices and bills, and get a plain-language P&L narrative. A reconciliation aid — a real bookkeeper should still review anything flagged.
Inventory / Reorder Planning
Upload a sales+stock CSV (product, stock on hand, avg daily sales or units sold) for stockout prediction and a drafted PO — nothing is ever ordered automatically.
Dormant Customer Reactivation
Customers who have gone quiet far longer than the everyday follow-up window (see Settings > Scheduled Triggers, Notifications & Backup for the threshold) — draft a win-back message, or let the "Dormant-customer reactivation scan" scheduled trigger draft one automatically. Only email-channel drafts can be sent from here; text/WhatsApp drafts are for you to copy and send manually.

Buyer Messages
Unlike Amazon, eBay's messaging is a real two-way inbox — Artiligence drafts a reply to every new buyer message for you to review, edit, and send (or auto-send if you've approved that situation in Settings).
Discount Offer Suggestions
eBay has no Buy-Box/competitor-price signal the way Amazon does — this is a proactive discount nudge to buyers who've already watched or cart-added a listing, via eBay's Negotiation API.
Etsy Marketplace
Connect your own Etsy Open API v3 app credentials in Settings > Etsy Marketplace first. Orders, listings, inventory, and finances sync automatically in the background once connected — the buttons below also let you sync on demand.
Etsy's own API has no buyer-messaging endpoint and no promotional-offer endpoint (unlike Amazon and eBay) — there's nothing to build for either here; see Settings > Etsy Marketplace for why.

Inventory
Sync Listings first — inventory is read per listing, so at least one listings sync has to have run.

Audit Log
A single running record of what Artiligence has actually done — sends, approvals, generated documents, hiring decisions, and scheduled trigger runs. Not every single action in every module is logged here, just the ones worth a record of.
Task Dashboard
Every chat request shows up here automatically, most recent first. Click a row to see the full result. This list resets when you restart Artiligence — it doesn't save task history across restarts yet.
Email Assistant
Artiligence drafts a reply for every new unread email. Configure your inbox in Settings first (see the Email Assistant section there). Routine replies you've pre-approved in Settings are sent automatically; everything else — including anything Artiligence itself is unsure about — waits here for you to review, edit, and send yourself.

Text (SMS) Assistant
Artiligence drafts a reply for every new text to your Business Phone Line. Connect your line in Settings > Business Phone Line & Texts first (it's your own number — never a shared one). Routine replies you've pre-approved in Settings are sent automatically; everything else — including anything Artiligence itself is unsure about — waits here for you to review, edit, and send yourself.

WhatsApp Assistant
Artiligence drafts a reply for every new WhatsApp message to your business's WhatsApp number. Set it up in Settings > WhatsApp Assistant first (it uses your Business Phone Line account, and WhatsApp needs a one-time approval from Meta). Note: WhatsApp only allows a free reply within 24 hours of the customer's message — if you check in less often than that, older messages may show "Send failed" and need a different follow-up. Routine replies you've pre-approved in Settings are sent automatically; everything else waits here for you to review, edit, and send yourself.

Call Recording Assistant
Artiligence does not answer calls live — this saves a recording and an auto-generated text transcript of calls to your Business Phone Line, so you have a searchable record of who called and what they said. Once a transcript is available, Artiligence also summarizes it and drafts a text (SMS) reply back to the caller — always held for your review in the Texts tab, never sent automatically, since automatic transcription isn't perfect. Requires a one-time setup first (see Settings > Calls). Click "Play Recording" to fetch and play a call's audio.
Every voicemail below stays saved here indefinitely and is always searchable by phone number, transcript, or summary — nothing is ever auto-removed. Only clicking a voicemail's own "Delete Permanently" button removes it (for good — it won't come back or show up in search again).
AI Receptionist Calls
Calls the AI Phone Receptionist answered live - who called, how it was handled (answered, transferred to you, or a message taken), a summary, the full conversation, and the recording. Visible to everyone on your team.
Voicemails
Missed Calls
Calls that never got a real answer — no answer/busy/failed, or the caller reached the voicemail greeting and hung up without leaving a message. Turn on automatic text-back for these in Settings > Calls.
New ↑
Escalations
Anything still waiting on you that can't just sit in the review queue — tagged 😠 Angry or ⏱ Urgent, or unresolved longer than the threshold set in Settings > Escalations (default 4 hours). Approve or Discard right here for anything genuinely urgent; to edit the drafted text first, use the Email/Texts/WhatsApp tab instead. Anything you approve/discard there (or here) naturally drops off this list too — there's nothing separate to "un-escalate."
Follow-ups
Any Email/Text/WhatsApp reply you sent (or Artiligence auto-sent) that hasn't gotten a further reply back from that same customer within a few days shows up here, so nothing quietly falls through the cracks. Adjust how many days to wait in Settings > Follow-ups. Click "Refresh" after sending new replies, or "Mark Followed Up" once you've handled one another way (a call, a second message, etc.).
Commitments
Any concrete promise Artiligence makes in a drafted Email/Text/WhatsApp reply — a specific action, timeframe, or outcome, like "refund by Friday" or "a replacement ships tomorrow" — shows up here so nothing promised to a customer quietly gets forgotten. A reply that makes a promise is also always held for your review before sending, even in Auto-send mode (see Settings). Click "Refresh" after sending new replies, or "Mark Fulfilled" once you've actually done what was promised.
Action Items
Concrete things a customer asked for in an Email/Text/WhatsApp message — "send me the updated contract," "cancel my Tuesday appointment" — pulled out automatically so nothing quietly gets lost once you've replied and moved on. This is the customer-asking-you side; the Commitments tab above is the you-promising-them side. Toggle this off in Settings > Commitments if you'd rather not extract these. Click "Done" once you've handled it, or "Dismiss" if it wasn't actually something to act on. When a message reads as an actual meeting request ("let's meet Monday at 10am at your office"), a "📅 Create Meeting" button appears — it pre-fills whatever Artiligence could tell from the message and lets you fix or fill in the rest before anything is created; nothing is ever booked automatically. Requires Outlook connected (Settings > Email Assistant) — this button won't do anything on a plain IMAP/SMTP inbox.
Appointments
Fully local scheduling - no calendar account to connect. Ask in Chat to book or check availability (e.g. "book Jane Smith tomorrow at 2pm for an hour"), or add one directly below. Business hours/days are set in Settings > Scheduling. A meeting created via Action Items' "📅 Create Meeting" button also shows up here, with a note that it's synced to Outlook — that sync is one-way (Artiligence → Outlook) plus a periodic check every 15 minutes, so if it's later cancelled or moved directly in Outlook, this tab will show a warning here once Artiligence's next check catches it, not the instant it happens.

Customer History
Look up everything Artiligence has on one customer — their past messages, what you replied, and any tags/promises tracked along the way — by entering the exact email address or phone number as it appears elsewhere in the app (the Email/Texts/WhatsApp tabs, for example). This also feeds a short summary of a customer's recent history into future drafted replies (toggle in Settings), so returning customers get more informed, consistent replies.
Notes / Preferences
Free-text notes you add yourself — a preferred contact method, a standing instruction, a VIP note. Artiligence never writes to this on its own; it's shown to the AI as background context every time a reply is drafted for this contact.
History
Reports
Always computed fresh from your own data the moment you open a tab below and click Refresh — nothing here is emailed or scheduled, so there's nothing to silently miss on a day Artiligence wasn't running. No extra AI cost either — this is plain arithmetic over messages Artiligence already tracked, not a new AI call. Each tab also has an optional "What should I do about this?" button — that one DOES use AI, only when you click it, to turn the numbers into a short list of specific next steps.

Knowledge Base (Company Documents)
This is Artiligence's knowledge base. Upload your company's policies, FAQs, price lists, product info — anything relevant — and Artiligence automatically blends what it finds into its Chat answers and into drafted Email/Text/WhatsApp replies, citing which document it used. No special phrasing needed in Chat; it happens quietly on any question, and only when something genuinely relevant is found.
Keep what's below current. Artiligence searches by meaning, not by how recent a file is — an old price list or an outdated policy can match a customer's question just as easily as a current one, and get used in a drafted reply without anyone noticing. Remove or re-upload anything outdated rather than leaving it here "just in case."
Upload a Document
Supports .txt, .md, .csv, .pdf, .xlsx, .xls, .docx, .jpg, .png, up to 5MB each. Uploading a file with the same name as one already listed below replaces it.

Run a Workflow
Paste a workflow JSON definition (see docs/workflows.md) and run it against the live agent.
Looking for the easier, no-JSON way to automate something? Record yourself doing it once in the new Skills tab — Artiligence watches, builds the workflow, and still pauses for your approval before anything like sending a message or submitting a payment.
Skills
Teach Artiligence to do something by doing it yourself, once. Click Record, do the task in the browser window that opens (fill a form, click through a site), then Stop — Artiligence turns what you did into a reusable, named Skill you can run again any time from here. Any step that looks like sending something, submitting a payment, or another action you can't take back always pauses first and waits for your explicit approval before it happens for real — recording itself never sends or pays anything.
🔴 Recording — a browser window is open. Do the task there, then come back here and click Stop.
Waiting for Your Approval
A Skill paused mid-run at a sensitive step — something that looks like it sends something or moves money. Review it below, then approve to let it continue or reject to cancel the rest of that run.

When enabled, Artiligence checks Email/Text/WhatsApp/Calls for new activity on its own timer instead of only when you click "Check for New" — same checks, just automatic. Off by default.
Let features run themselves on a cadence instead of only when you ask, get a desktop notification when something needs you, and keep a point-in-time export of everything Artiligence has stored.
Scheduled Triggers
Each row re-reads its interval every minute — an edited value takes effect within a minute, no restart needed.

Chat & Reply Behavior
Reply Style
Controls how every AI-drafted Email/Text/WhatsApp reply sounds — applies globally across all three channels, whether the reply is grounded in your Company Documents or drafted plainly. This never overrides good judgment about the actual situation: a serious complaint still gets a genuine, substantive response even in a friendly/short/sales-focused style. Leave both on their defaults for Artiligence's original, unchanged behavior.
Reply Templates
Canned answers Artiligence checks FIRST, before drafting anything with AI — if a customer's message contains your trigger word/phrase anywhere (not case-sensitive), the exact response below is used instantly, on Email/Text/WhatsApp and Chat alike. Comes pre-loaded with 3 starter templates (hours/refund/shipping) — edit or delete them, or add your own. Leave this list empty and every reply is drafted fresh by AI as usual.
Add Template
Language & Translation
Artiligence can already draft replies in whatever language a customer writes in — this makes that deliberate rather than incidental, and lets you actually read what a customer wrote even in a language you don't speak. Uses the same AI already configured above, one extra check per message — no new account or API key needed.
A message already in this language is left alone — nothing to translate. Anything else gets translated into this language and shown alongside the original in the Email/Texts/WhatsApp review queues.
With hundreds of saved chats in the Chat tab's sidebar, a meaningful title makes an old one much easier to find again. When enabled, a brand-new chat gets a short title automatically generated by AI from your first message (one extra AI call per new chat only). You can always double-click a chat's name (or click the ✎ next to it) to rename it yourself, whether this is on or off - clearing a custom name back to blank restores the automatic title.
Press "🎤 Record" next to the chat box on the Chat tab, speak your message, then press it again to stop — Artiligence turns it into text for you. This uses your Groq API Key above to transcribe the recording (nothing new to sign up for if you're already using Groq), which means the audio briefly leaves this computer and goes to Groq to be converted to text — it is not stored or used for anything else.
⚠️ By default a voice recording only fills the chat box, the same as if you'd typed it — you still review it and press Send yourself. Turning on "Send automatically" below skips that review step: whatever was transcribed gets sent right away, exactly as heard. Only turn this on if you're comfortable with that, since a misheard word would go out as-is.
Communication Channels
How do I get a Gmail App Password?
Both Gmail and Yahoo block your regular password for this. You'll need to create a one-time "App Password" instead — Artiligence never sees your real email password.
On that same Account Security page, scroll to "External connections" and click "Create app password", name it "Artiligence", click Generate.
Copy the password shown — it's shown once only — and paste it above.
For any other IMAP/SMTP inbox, enter the settings your email provider gives you for "mail app" or "third-party app" access:
One-time setup (about 5 minutes), done once by you in Microsoft's own portal — Artiligence never sees your Microsoft password:
Go to entra.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account whose inbox you want to connect.
Go to Identity > Applications > App registrations > New registration.
Name it anything (e.g. "Artiligence"). Under Supported account types, choose "Accounts in any organizational directory and personal Microsoft accounts".
Leave Redirect URI blank, click Register.
On the app's Overview page, copy the Application (client) ID and paste it below.
Go to Authentication on that app, scroll to Advanced settings, and set "Allow public client flows" to Yes. Save.
Go to API permissions > Add a permission > Microsoft Graph > Delegated permissions, and add Mail.Read and Mail.Send (User.Read is already there by default).
No client secret is needed anywhere in this — that field is intentionally skipped.
Save Settings and restart Artiligence after pasting this in, then come back here to connect.
Already connected before, but not sure it's still working? This checks your Microsoft sign-in directly with Microsoft, right now — not whether the Outlook desktop app happens to be open.
Anything that doesn't clearly and confidently match one of these — including anything Artiligence itself is unsure about — is still held for your review in the Email tab.
Your Business Phone Line powers texts, WhatsApp, voicemail and the AI Receptionist. You own the number and pay your phone carrier directly — usually $5–15/month, with no markup from us. We use Twilio, a widely used phone and texting provider: create an account in your business's name at twilio.com (or get our one-time Phone Line Setup in Plan & Billing), add at least $20 of credit, buy or move your number, then connect it below.
Calls and voicemail work right away; texting starts once carriers approve your business (usually 1–2 weeks).
Recommended: in Twilio, create an API key for Artiligence (Account > API keys > Create, type Standard) and paste its SID and Secret below — you can revoke it any time. Your Account SID is always needed; the Auth Token is only needed if you don't use an API key.
Anything that doesn't clearly and confidently match one of these — including anything Artiligence itself is unsure about — is still held for your review in the Texts tab. Texts send instantly and can't be unsent, so consider keeping this list short.
Texting Compliance Pages
Carriers require a privacy policy, texting terms and a sign-up page before approving your business for texting. We host all three for you, filled in with your business details (+$10/month, turn on in Plan & Billing). They're templates — please read them; they aren't legal advice.
Loading…
Uses the SAME Twilio account/credentials as Text (SMS) above, plus a separate WhatsApp-enabled number. For testing, Twilio provides a free shared "Sandbox" number instantly — see twilio.com/docs/whatsapp/sandbox (each person you test with has to send a short "join" code to it first). For real customers, you'll need your own approved WhatsApp Business sender through Twilio, which requires Meta business verification. Important: WhatsApp only allows a free reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message — this assistant only ever replies, so that's normally fine, but checking too infrequently can cause a send to fail.
Anything that doesn't clearly and confidently match one of these — including anything Artiligence itself is unsure about — is still held for your review in the WhatsApp tab.
To attach a photo or document to a text/WhatsApp reply, Twilio needs a real public web address for that file — it can't reach into a file sitting on your own computer. A file that's already published somewhere (your business website, or anywhere else you already host files) works as-is: just paste its link when attaching one, nothing below is needed for that. A file that's only on your own desktop has to be uploaded somewhere public first — we don't host these ourselves, so connect your own free Cloudinary account below (cloudinary.com) to enable direct uploads. Copy your Cloud Name, API Key, and API Secret from your Cloudinary dashboard. Leaving this blank just means uploading isn't available — pasting a link still works either way.
Artiligence does not answer calls live — it saves a recording and text transcript of calls to your Twilio number for your records, using the SAME Twilio account as Text/WhatsApp above. This needs a one-time, free setup in your own Twilio Console (a few minutes):
1. Go to console.twilio.com → Explore Products → Serverless → TwiML Bins → Create new TwiML Bin.
2. Name it anything (e.g. "Artiligence Voicemail") and paste this exactly:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<Response>
<Say>Please leave a message after the tone.</Say>
<Record transcribe="true" maxLength="120" />
</Response>
3. Save it, then go to Phone Numbers → Manage → Active Numbers → click your number → under Voice Configuration, set "A call comes in" to TwiML Bin and pick the one you just created. Save.
That's it — Artiligence picks up new recordings and transcripts the next time you click "Check for New Calls" in the Calls tab. Two Twilio limits worth knowing: automatic transcription only works for English calls between 2 seconds and 2 minutes long (longer calls still record and play back fine, just without an auto-transcript), and it can take up to a couple of minutes after a call ends for the transcript to be ready.
Missed-Call Text-Back
When a customer calls and doesn't get a real answer — no answer/busy/failed, or they hung up on the voicemail greeting without leaving a message — Artiligence can text them back right away. Unlike other replies, this exact message is sent immediately, without a review step, since there's no incoming message for the AI to draft from or misread — just a fixed message you write yourself. Off by default.
Hear exactly what callers hear — no phone line needed.
Unlike Calls above (which only saves a recording after the fact), this answers your phone LIVE, 24/7 - it talks to the caller, answers questions using your own Company Documents, and either transfers a tricky call to a real person or takes a message, based on what you choose below. It's included with Artiligence ($0.25 per minute, prepaid - nothing else to sign up for) and answers your Business Phone Line from Settings > Business Phone Line & Texts.
Checking status…
Already have a business number your customers know and don't want to switch? You don't have to replace it - there are two ways to keep it:
• Forward your calls from that number to the Twilio number above using your phone carrier's own call-forwarding feature. This is fast and needs no porting, but plain call forwarding only carries phone calls - texts sent to your original number will NOT reach the AI; they'll keep going wherever they go today.
• Move the number to Twilio so both calls and texts reach the AI - either a full port (typically 5-15 business days; your carrier will require a signed authorization form and a recent bill) or, if you only need texts handled by the AI while calls stay as they are, Twilio can add texting to your existing number without moving the calls. Contact us and we'll help you pick the right option.
Either way, the AI is always required to answer truthfully if a caller asks whether they're talking to a person or an AI - that's never optional. Choose whichever fits your business and any disclosure requirements that apply to it - Artiligence cannot tell you what your industry or jurisdiction requires, so check with your own counsel if you are unsure.
Calls are still recorded and saved. Some places require telling every caller (for example California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington, Massachusetts and Maryland, and the UK and Australia). Turning this off is your decision - check with your own counsel if you're unsure. If a caller asks, the AI will always say the call may be recorded.
Example: a clinic might use "This call may be recorded for quality and to help us look after you."
Billing
$50/month covers your first 250 minutes of AI-handled calls; minutes beyond that are billed per-minute. Every call shows you exactly what Retell charged plus Artiligence's small per-call fee, so you always see what you're paying for.
Customer Operations
Every incoming Email/Text/WhatsApp message is automatically tagged with what it's about (urgent, refund request, angry customer, sales inquiry, spam) and its tone (happy, neutral, confused) so you can triage the review queue at a glance. This also has a built-in safety rule that's always on regardless of this setting: a message tagged urgent/refund request/angry customer/spam/confused, or one with an attachment, is ALWAYS held for your review — never auto-sent, even in Auto-send mode.
The Escalations tab surfaces anything still waiting on you that can't just sit in the queue: a message tagged 😠 Angry or ⏱ Urgent (regardless of how long it's been waiting), OR any pending/failed reply that's been sitting unresolved longer than the threshold below — this second rule catches an ordinary message that simply got missed, which a tag alone wouldn't flag.
When enabled, drafting a reply to a repeat customer includes a short summary of their recent past messages/replies (and any notes you've saved for them — see the Customer History tab) as background context, so replies to returning customers can be more informed and consistent. This never mentions the history explicitly to the customer unless it's naturally relevant, and adds no extra AI cost.
When enabled, every drafted reply gets one extra check for whether it promises the customer something concrete (a specific action, timeframe, or outcome) so it can be tracked in the Commitments tab until you mark it fulfilled. Same built-in safety rule as message tagging: a reply that makes a promise is ALWAYS held for your review, never auto-sent, even in Auto-send mode.
When enabled, every incoming Email/Text/WhatsApp message gets one extra check for concrete things the CUSTOMER is asking the business to do — "send me the updated contract," "cancel my Tuesday appointment" — so they land in the Action Items tab instead of getting lost in a message you already replied to and moved past. This is the customer-asking-you side; "Track promises Artiligence makes in replies" above is the you-promising-them side.
Business hours/days used by the Appointments tab, by Chat's "book"/"check availability" requests, and by the AI Receptionist and drafted replies when a customer asks when you're open. Until you save your hours here, the AI won't guess - it tells the customer it will check with you. Fully local — no Google/Outlook Calendar account needed.
When enabled, marking a commitment "Fulfilled" in the Commitments tab drafts a short review-request message on that same channel and adds it to the normal review queue — it is NEVER sent automatically, you still approve it like any other reply. Off by default.
Billing & Payments
Ask Artiligence in Chat to create an invoice, a Word document, or an Excel spreadsheet from a short description — e.g. "create an invoice for Jane Smith for 3 hours of consulting at $150/hr, due in 15 days" or "create a spreadsheet to track expenses with columns for Date, Category, and Amount." Uses the same AI already configured above — no new account or API key. The fields below only brand your INVOICES (a logo, address, payment terms); Word docs and spreadsheets are generated plain. Everything here is optional — leave it blank and invoices still generate, just without your branding.
Add your own Stripe Secret Key to automatically attach a "Pay online" link to every invoice Artiligence generates. Artiligence never sees a customer's card number — Stripe hosts the actual checkout page. Leave blank to generate invoices exactly as before, with no payment link.
Where a customer lands after paying (or canceling) — leave blank to send them to Stripe's homepage instead, which is safe but not personalized.
Uses this same Stripe account — no new credentials. Only turn this on if your Stripe account already has ACH debit payments enabled (Stripe Dashboard > Settings > Payment methods), otherwise the Stripe link will fail. Bank transfers take a few business days to clear, unlike an instant card payment.
PayPal
Add your own PayPal Client ID and Secret (create a REST API app at developer.paypal.com > Apps & Credentials) to automatically attach a second "Pay with PayPal" link to every invoice. Same as Stripe above, Artiligence never sees a customer's card or bank details — PayPal hosts the actual checkout page. Leave blank for no PayPal link. PayPal links aren't attached to recurring invoices (Stripe only).
Zelle, Venmo & Cash App
Zelle has no payment link or API of its own, so this just prints as an extra "Or pay via Zelle" line on every invoice. Artiligence can't detect a Zelle payment automatically — once one arrives, tell it in chat (e.g. "Jack paid via Zelle" or "mark invoice INV-... as paid") to record it. Only use this if your bank actually allows Zelle for business/commercial payments — check with your bank first.
Same as Zelle — Venmo and Cash App have no business payment API, so these just print as extra manual options on the invoice. Artiligence can't detect either kind of payment automatically; tell it in chat once one arrives.
Whichever of the above are checked and configured, every invoice shows all of them together so the customer can pick whichever they prefer. Uncheck any one to stop offering just that option.
Integrations
When connected, every reply Artiligence sends (Email/Text/WhatsApp — manual or auto-sent) is logged as a note on the matching contact/person in your CRM, so its timeline stays up to date automatically. Artiligence only reads an existing match and adds a note — it never creates or edits a contact itself, and never sends anything if no matching record is found. Pick your CRM below, or leave it set to "None" to skip CRM logging entirely.
HubSpot
Uses a HubSpot Private App access token (in your own HubSpot account: Settings → Integrations → Private Apps, with contacts read/write scope).
Pipedrive
Uses your own Pipedrive personal API token (in your own Pipedrive account: Settings → Personal preferences → API) plus your account's company domain — the part before ".pipedrive.com" in your Pipedrive web address.
Custom CRM (Webhook)
Use this for any CRM without a dedicated option above — including Salesforce. Artiligence sends a plain event (channel, contact, and a short note) to this URL every time it sends a reply. Most customers point this at a Zapier "Catch Hook" or a Make.com webhook trigger, which then creates or updates the matching record in their CRM — some CRMs also accept this URL directly. Note: unlike HubSpot/Pipedrive above, Artiligence does not match contacts or handle CRM-specific fields itself for this option — that logic lives in your Zap/scenario, so it takes a bit more one-time setup on your end.
Uses YOUR OWN Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) app — Artiligence never routes an Amazon account through a shared/Artiligence-owned app. For your own account, Amazon's "private" self-authorization flow issues these credentials immediately with no Amazon review wait: in Seller Central go to Apps & Services → Develop apps for Amazon, add a new private app, then use "Authorize" to generate a refresh token for your own account — see Amazon's self-authorization guide. Your Seller/Merchant ID and Marketplace ID are both shown under Seller Central's Settings → Account Info.
Amazon's buyer-messaging system is not an inbox — there's no way for Artiligence (or Amazon's own API) to read a question a buyer sends you, and no freeform reply. Amazon only allows a fixed set of order-triggered messages (like delivery confirmation or warranty info) once an order becomes eligible for one. So the setting below decides whether Artiligence sends those FEW eligible message types on its own, or always asks you first — it does not turn on general auto-replies to buyers the way Email/Text/WhatsApp do.
Only ever applies to the few Amazon message types that include a written note in the first place — everything else always goes to the Amazon tab for a plain yes/no review.
A suggested change bigger than this is always held for your manual approval instead, even in Auto mode — this only bounds what Artiligence may do completely unsupervised.
Checking your eBay connection…
Click Connect eBay, sign in to your eBay seller account and click Agree. Artiligence can then read your orders, listings, payouts and buyer messages, and - only when you approve - send replies and update prices or tracking. You can disconnect at any time.
Advanced: use your own eBay developer keys instead
Only if you already have your own eBay developer account - most businesses should use Connect eBay above. In the eBay Developer Portal, create a keyset to get your Client ID and Client Secret immediately, then use the portal's own "User Tokens" > "Sign in" tool to complete the one-time consent step and generate your refresh token — no eBay review wait, and no need to build your own redirect handler. Your RuName is shown alongside your keys and is only needed again if you have to redo that consent step.
Unlike Amazon, eBay's buyer messaging really is a two-way inbox — Artiligence can read a buyer's actual message and draft a real reply. The setting below decides whether a confidently-matched, pre-approved situation gets sent automatically, or everything always waits for your review first (same idea as Email/Text/WhatsApp auto-reply).
A sensitive message (angry, refund request, spam, or confused) always waits for your review no matter what, even if it matches an approved situation.
A suggested discount bigger than this is always held for your manual approval instead, even in Auto mode.
Uses YOUR OWN Etsy Open API v3 app — Artiligence never routes an Etsy shop through a shared/Artiligence-owned app. Register at Etsy's developer registration page to get your Keystring and Shared Secret immediately. Getting the refresh token is the most involved one-time step of the three marketplaces here — Etsy requires an OAuth2 PKCE consent flow and (unlike eBay) doesn't host a built-in "sign in" tool, so you'll walk through Etsy's own quickstart guide once to generate it. No Etsy review wait either way. Your Shop ID is shown in Shop Manager's own settings/URL.
Note: Etsy issues a brand-new refresh token every time Artiligence uses one — the value above is only the ORIGINAL one from your one-time consent step. Artiligence caches the live, rotating one locally so you never have to come back and update this field.
Etsy's API has no buyer-messaging endpoint at all and no promotional-offer endpoint the way eBay does — this isn't a missing feature on Artiligence's side, Etsy simply doesn't expose either capability publicly. Orders, Listings, Inventory, and Finances all work fully.

Manual activation for a customer (e.g. after a Fiverr order) — see docs/subscriptions.md for why this is manual rather than an automatic Fiverr webhook.
